β β β β β Spacious store. Very reasonable price. The item that i bought (an inhaler) was a few rm cheaper than other pharmacies i have been to around bdr tun razak. The sales person and the cashier were friendly and informative too

β β β β β Amazing service by the pharmacist. Gave me good advice about my skin condition even if it meant not purchasing the product from the pharmacy in the end. She was honest that I can opt for home care without medication because I didn't need it. Not too business-minded, good work. I feel cared for as a patient and patron of this place.

β β β β β Price reasonable if there is a sale. The pharmacists are very helpful namely Julian and Chloe. They help to look for products beside giving advice. Friendly, polite and helpful. That s why i like to buy there.

β β β β β I tried to order with this Taman Midah branch since 3 days ago but till today (4th day) I still can't get the order done. Super slow and poor reply. Is not the first time. I believe they all must be dead already. NO ONE REPLY AND ANSWER CALLS AND MESSAGES!!!

β β β β β I went to Big Pharmacy Taman Midah Branch on 9/1/2022 to purchase the Blood Glucose Monitoring System. I was attended by Ms Ong Hui Zhen. She provided excellent service in terms of explained and demonstrated on how to use it. In addition, she advised me on how to cut down the blood glucose. In view of unfamiliar with the Blood Glucose monitoring system, I went in the afternoon again and she demonstrated and explained patiently on the right way to use it. I was also attended by another excellent staff, Ms Teh Suet Yin in these two days. She is very helpful and given me the confident that this monitoring system is very easy to use it. I am very happy to have these two excellent staff served me after sales service for these few days. I will definitely will buy all my medical necessities in this branch. A big thank you to Ms Ong Hui Zhen and Ms Teh Suet Yin for their excellent service.

β β β β β Hmmm... This will be my first and last visit to the shop.
I recommend you to visit AA Pharmacy rather than BIG Pharmacy.
Reason:
Bad first impression on the worker's attitude (Just one female worker with red shirt, the others are OK)
# I was prohibited to take photos for Google Review. The red-shirt girl told me that the law of the company didn't allow customers to take photos inside the shop. Even told me the function of the CCTV is look at the those taking pictures (?????)
Suggestion: Put a sign of no photography in the shop.
# She follows me anywhere to ensure me not to take photos but didn't assist me to what I want. (?!!)
Suggestion: Provide a genuine service
Good points:
1. Products sold in the shop
I just remembered one product, (as I was not allowed to take photos), Bio-oil with small size is around RM29.++.
2. Bring convenience to the neighbouring residents
