I guess most RHB banks are lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. The staff asking me why not go to RHB branch near my house. Ask me not to come here. The staff said I cant open new account here. Only a simple transaction to open new account but takes very long time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible customer service every single time, workers roll eyes and publicly insult customers, scoffing away. I feel treated like trash. plain rude to an extreme level. when enquiring and asking them questions, i'm not given any answers. when their instructions aren't clear, they are not willing to explain again and instead complain back. very reluctant, atrocious attitude. I will never be returning.

Just a simple thing i need to change bout my acc n then it become more n more complicated, it getting more worse when u arrived there.. When u talking nicely to them, they replied n asked u like want to find a fight uh.. It suspiciously why the rating is so bad at google search, but when u go there, ftf with them, then u know why.. I want to make this easier as possible especially when we already have pandemic now. When i cooperate well, u make it difficult.. Then u deserve this review at least. Please treat customer nicely after this n improve ur service uh especially when it comes to attend old folks.

I walk-in enquiry for banking facilities and i request if possible can get me a chinese speaking staff assist me, but end up ur so called professional staff answer me back "are u malaysian and dun know speak malay language". This shouldn't be the way u treat ur customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in this branch was super rude even then branch manager. The malay branch manager let a malay man without an appointment who came after me to cut my line and go into the bank before me. Then when i was let in to the bank after i raised tnis issue up to the guard she shouted at me asking why i was there. I was shocked that your staff didnt even know basic proper manners to ask customer simple question and address me before asking any question.
