★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was my first time visiting BIGDAY for Cheng Beng and i was really impressed by their service especially VN. She guided me steps by steps from teaching me what to place inside the box for burning to teaching me how to write the paper for burning in Chinese characters.
She will also keep track of all customer's ancestors record so she can prepare all materials for burning upon order.
Their price wasn't exactly the cheapest but I personally find it reasonable. Excellent service, they make sure you do everything in the correct manner, patiently explain the reason behind burning things for the ancestors, not just doing it for the tradition.
