★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was waiting there for 45min for me and my sister meals. Waiting for the food is not the main problems here, the problem is after 30min we ask the staff the food is available or not then he said "yes, almost ready" then we wait for another 15mins and the food is still not on our table.
I think this is the limit, the staff didnt inform us what happened, if our food is taking soo much time to make, just tell the customer bruhh! Just said that "this meal will cost you 45min to wait, is it okay?"
THISS SIMPLE QUESTION!! JUST ASK! if i can wait then ill say yes without complaing, if no ill choose other menu, just because the dish is one of the expensive dish in the menu, you don't want to reject it.
After that, we cannot hold it anymore after 50mins, our food STILL NOT ON THE TABLE, we decided just to pay the water, we walk to the counter, THERE IS NO ONE AT THE COUNTER?? i believe the staff saw us standing there quite sometimes but no one take action. Until one of the female worker saw us and ask "nak bayar ke?" OMG!! Only god knows what i felt that time. TAKKAN NAK MAIN BOLA DEKAT COUNTER PEMBAYARAN!!
Then one of the staff came out and we mentioned our table name and said we only received water from you, then the person is like seeing the order list and cross the food name and we pay for two glass of water. He is like kay RM9. THAT IT!! WITHOUT FEELING GUILTY AT ALL! THAT HOW YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICES???
That is how my total one hour experience at THE BIKERS CAFE, PAYA JARAS. One hour experience without food and rude staff!. If you guys are thinking on going there, stop! I won't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food. Nice concept. Time waiting for food is fairly short (depends on what you order. If its something that people normally order then it is fast.) Price was a little bit above average but satisfactory. RM 16 for chicken grill, chicken chop and fish n chips.

Staff not friendly at all. Too bad I see the review only after I eat here, and seeing the same issue on the review.
The beef steak texture very disappointing, waited almost an hour to get the food, those who come later get the food first. hope can improve on the service.
