★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is extremely knowledgeable in how a kitchen should work. They were also very professional in following up to all my queries and they kept me informed of the status of all my queries. I have been to other Kitchen Specialists and they are no way near as good as them. They also provide a one-stop shop for the other kitchen accessories as well hence saving me the hassle of going all over town for them. I would highly recommend Bina Warehouse if you are considering a makeover of your kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice, large and restful showroom with Ms Dorothy as your host. They have a large range of medium / up-market appliances, well displayed. The staff are friendly and attentive…and very patient. (I took about two months and many visits to decide what to buy). First class friendly service and always prompt replies to messages. I would highly recommend a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My contractor got quotes from Buenos, Signature and a couple of other local shops for my kitchen. I just felt I wasn't getting the value and quality I needed. Desperate, I asked an architect friend for advice and he asked me to have a look at Bina warehouse anyway, despite my hesitance that Bina may be beyond my budget. I remember calling Dorothy, giving her my kitchen plans - she made possible a world class German kitchen solution that I love to walk into every morning and proudly show off to all our friends who visit our home. It was superior value to anything I had seen from local kitchen makers. My only regret is that I didn't get Dorothy to do more for my home, including buying all the kitchen appliances and counter-tops to match. They brought some great ideas on wiring and switch locations and they execute so well it would have made a holistic difference.

Look for the sales manager Dorothy Lim- she is superb- fast, efficient, knowledgeable. Whatever your issues she will work with you to help you achieve your dream kitchen!

Most of the world class luxury award winning kitchen and bathroom labels, this is definitely the right place; and Ms Dorothy is definitely the right person.

Over the years , we have gone back 3 times over maintenance and spare parts matters. We have experienced excellent after sales service each time given by Dorothy who is very attentive and provide immediate solutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dorothy showed us around and she was phenomenal. We had such a good experience learning about Siematic, design philosophies, and inspirations for a new home. The end to end experience was thorough and seamless. I really appreciate all the support Dorothy made in trying to tailor to my family’s budget. Very empathetic and by far one do the best customer sales experience in Malaysia we encountered with.
Price-wise: Given that Siematic is imported from Germany, expect to be paying a lot more than locally manufactured kitchen products. Worth the quality though!
