I already pass my defects form until one mth haven get back my key and no call me!!!!! Call management ask me call here call there !!!!! Call to hq give me one number also no answer call !!!!

you will be very regret to purchase any units and project from this developer..their unwilling and take their own sweet time to rectification your defects. Their workmanship not equally the value of what you pay for..

Poor planning, unfriendly user experience and worst decision on Citizen and Citizen 2. Confusing naming for all the logistics/grab/lalamove who deliver the goods. Please plan well for your next upcoming project, don't do it for the sake of work to get the job done. Be more considerate to your customers!

OMG! So many bad comments here!! Please think twice before you purchase they're project. Or any projects in futures. So disappointed in you binastra. Since February till now. No one inform me for collect key for citizen2. And I just found out recently. When they want me to pay maintenance fee. Worst projects ever. I still waiting for the call,email and explanation. also who will be compensate for my lost?

Owner of citizen condo. Need to beware of their sales staffs (not agents but staffs). We were told that there will be an access to tmn sri sentosa, but the road was closed briefly after the project handover. Not what we were initially promised. Feel cheated otherwise the project is good, just water leakage in the bathroom and bad levelling. Not able to settle the problems after multiple complains. Haiz...

I’m a first time house buyer but was filled with disappointments and unpleasant memories with this purchase. Defects list was submitted by end of March’21 and past 30 days, zero things was done. Developer requested another 14 days which I obliged to, and still wasn’t done. It’s early Aug’21 now, the defects have been status quo since the 14 days grace period I gave. All in all, <50% things were done and up to now, no deadline/timeline been given to me; it’s an indefinite wait. So don’t mention about minor defects which I tried to be as lenient, to even close an eye, just hoping the major ones could be fixed ASAP as it has been long overdue and my patience is definitely running low. See the attached photos for yourself and these are only β€˜some’ of the defects out from the thick dictionary-like defects list submitted. Seriously, binastra you need to buck up.

Latest completed project by binastra. Citizen2@OKR. Despite it land size, it has one of the stunning common facilities. Include a full height badminton hall, 3 pools, sky garden etc. It is just stunning if you have the right view. Unfortunate due to prolonged lockdown by kpkt and strict requirements by cidb sop on workers to be vaccinated etc causing some dragged delay on defects repair. Else a Nice place to call home with a great location.

I am the lucky one many with "few" defects from Block C c2. away from the noisy traffics. May be i am more focus on starting generating revenue after,all i decided to be extremely "picky" it will never end. My renovation started as soon as the management allowed to do so..which is just recently. The common areas facilities just great! can sell to tenants! I am surprise buyers themselves keep bashing their own properties and investment. are they owners? defects issues are part and parcels of any new VP. just worsen if you have vp during lockdown. It applies to across to all other developer. Managing it is the keys. Those have time and money should explore engaging lawyer and tribunal. for me i need return now !
