Developer only limit 6 VPs a day! It is now open for 2 blocks (total 678 units) and based on calculation, it will take approximately 4 months to finish all VP. I m very disappointed how your management set the ridiculous VP process PS: to admin who mange this site. Please do not ask me to leave my contact or unit number if you are not able to solve Millerz Square VP process. I’m tiring hearing sorry and excuses from you! Dont give the same answer over the pass month , we all want to know solution to collect our KEY !!!

Owe the refund and sent receipt to the owner without proper refund.(Attn invoice number: pv-0007) Almost after a month still yet to get back the refund. Disappointed with exsim project. They r not as good as before. Many defects, low efficiency, poor customer service and create many jokes in handling vp process. Very regret in purchasing exsim project. Will not buy any exsim project anymore!

6 VP per day for Millerz? Due to SOP, exsim trying to limit the number of VP but unlimited family/friends can attend per Vp? Buyers are forced to pay maintenance fees etc for months but cannot even get the key, what are we paying for? Disappointed

Location are good which are the main attractions. Property has no problem but the DEVELOPERS has. THEY ALLOW 6 KEYS COLLECTION PERDAY - I have called up, and email the only REPLY is - A) I am sorry we will feedback to our top management B) we are not late on VP, but we follow Malaysia SOP Guideline to allow 6 person for key collection perday C) millerz are our 'premium' product thus we want our buyer to felt that (perhaps management has mathematical issues 700 owner with 6 keys collection perday, this mean 'PREMIUM OWNER YOU GOT YOUR KEYS AFTER 3 MONTHS LATER' D) to get your key fast do call up bank to act fast for total loan reimbursement - I am wondering why do bank need to hold the money? - Bank will definitely reimbursement fund when recieved letter. Of course in every letter there are due date. - Is Bank problem or the developer management team answer question unprofessional - if bank already fully reimbursement the loan but key collection was late how then? As a conclusion, think twice to be their 'PREMIUM'

9 Feb - A standard reply from EXSIM - couple of emails from myself and other owners yet no improvement. Many agents claimed they are reputable developer. A reputable developer who don’t focus on their after sales service, who don’t listen to the buyer is not a reputable developer for me. Guys, listen to the owner instead of agent. Imagine the reputable developer only limit 6 VPs a day! It is now open for 2 blocks (total 678 units) and based on calculation, it will take approximately 4 months to finish all VP! While you have to pay your maintenance fees from Feb! The earliest available slot starting from end Mar. Many owners have raised the concern starting few days ago and the staff mentioned it has bring up to management team. Yet we did not hear anything from EXSIM management. Perhaps the management choose not to listen to their customer. PS: to admin who mange this site. Please do not ask me to leave my contact or unit number if you are not able to solve Millerz Square VP process. I’m tiring hearing sorry and excuses from you! My experience will definitely shared to people surrounding

Exsim is very good in doing sale but can consider the WORST IN DELIVERY! They sent VP letter for Millerz Square @ Old Klang Road on 20 Jan and the bank has disbursed the payment on 26 Jan. The earlierst key collection is on 4 April by the VP Team updated my payment status. The whole story is: - upon received the VP letter, owners asked to book key collection slot via an App but the earliest available slot is on 28 March.. how could this even happen? Exsim's excuse is limiting to 6 slots per day for key collection to curb covid. Official key collection only start from 17 Feb due to their CNY holiday break. And the 1Β½ available slots is reserved for their VIP buyers. So we got an UNFAIR TREATMENT by Exsim - on 5 Feb finally my payment status is updated and the available is on 4 April, meaning got to wait for 2 more months to get the key - Maintenance fee will start on Feb onwards Conclusion: Exsim is using tonnes of excuses to delay the key collection. Really don't understand why a reputable developer can't have a better planning on their execution?

EXSIM I m very disappointed how your management set the ridiculous VP process. Unacceptable need to pay for maintenance fee before getting the key. I just received letter of VP and the key collection appointment full up till end of March already. You making a joke to your buyer? VP 6 slots per day? Your appointment full booked making us can’t get our key in earlier so this is our problem? I have to start to pay the loan and maintenance fee because of your VP schedule arrangement issue, i feel like a trap. Please do something make sense.

As a EXSIM buyer, I regret to buy Millerz Square which was selling at almost RM900psf and the SPA is RM1000psf. Is this the workmanship which a good developer should deliver?
