★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented there at lower floor , 8th floor. The unit looked OK in the beginning. When you stayed longer, you could have discovered many issues. Microwave and oven, gas stove, ceiling fans, lights, fridge, heater not working well. I can understand as the apartment has already constructed for about 15 years and most built in or appliances were very old and inefficient to use. The unit also has many cockroaches, flies. Not sure why the unit has many leaking issues. Either leaking from above unit or that unit to lower levels. It was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience to stay there. Worst of all, the landlord was very obsessive to their property, wanted us to update them any little details to the unit, always came to inspect the unit for no reasons. Our family privacy was invaded badly. Even when we moved out they tried to stalk us and asked around where we have moved to.
