★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great apartments great area but they don't allow me to play basketball, football, tennis or biking which I'm really bugged about since in the quarantine we cant do much outside the apartment they do only allow badminton so if you play that you'll be fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely, peaceful location along tree-lined street. Apartments have great facilities - especially for kids and families. Views are mostly green - amazing for a city centre home and very convenient location. Security also very friendly and helpful. Only downside is an over-zealous condo committee - made up of a handful of apartment owners. During COVID lockdowns, they often went beyond government rules - closing facilities and outdoors spaces, limiting the time you could spend using facilities and ability to exercise. People with small children often impacted the worst. This approach often meant you could exercise with your family at nearby KLCC Park, or go to a local gym, attend school and swim classes, eat at a restaurant, but similar activities banned at your condo social areas. This forced residents to leave their home to do exercise during the pandemic - thus increasing your personal COVID risk and that of your fellow residents. The committee also like to approve mosquito fogging at 0500-0630 - despite neighbouring condos doing this during late afternoons. So if you are in a lower level apartment, the noise will often keep you awake and you'll be unable to sleep with your windows open. Meanwhile, water features that have been broken for more than four years, create pools of stagnant water that can help breed mosquitoes - yet management see no reason to tackle this problem. As a tenant (not an owner) you have little recourse when a problem arises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location. Clean, well-maintained and securely guarded buildings. Great views from our floor-to-ceiling windows. You are within a few minutes’ walk to KLCC Park, Petronas Towers, and the subway station. Easily accessible parking in the building. Staff at lobby always courteous. Perfect.

Being looking to buy property there but reconsidered due to proposed unit in block B being faced to construction site, that expected to be for 3-4 years minimum. Condo surrounded by many other buildings, new coming… unfortunately with time it gonna loose all nice side views. Location is perfect, close to KLCC, also less noise pollution due to located a bit far from all big highways.
