Booked for one hour..
4 times blackout. No refund policy (staff said after 15 mins no refund of time - so called foolish policy also apply to BLACKOUTS? Come on, you can do better than that!)
Eventually when things were back to normal, we are left ONLY with LESS than 10 MINUTES (before it got blacked out for the 4th time)
How can that be??? The staff should refund the time (even money) we LOST during the BLACKOUT not to override it with some DUMB policy.
The onus and responsibility are on the owner NOT on the customer. Blackouts are NOT caused by customer. Read my lips!!
Teach your staff NOT try to be a pathetic smart alec.That policy does NOT apply during blackouts! Such policy was NOT even displayed in of any the room. If I am the assessor, not displaying policy will constitute a MAJOR non-conformance!
I am a standard & regulations practitioner with 30 years experience specializing in ISO QHES Consulting, AUDITING and ASSESMENT and Training (teaching government, civil services, GLCs, multi industries and private sectors...I am not stupid and can be easily fooled by inferior explanations)
Not only that, I have lived in Sri Gombak (then Taman Indah Gemilang) for nearly 37 years..practically everyone knows me here.
There were so many customers complaining at that moment it happened. One of them insisted your staff to be responsible.
On the 4th blackout, me & wife just left with dissapointment!! Great moments now turned sour.
I am NOT returning again and will definitely recommend all my friends and family NOT to go there again...
