★ ★ ★ ★ ★ decent place, with decent south and north indian & thai & malay food also available and with reasonable price, compare to the mamak sorround the area, their price is really reasonable, power outlets, wifi connections is available. clean and easy accessible too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of food selection! You can never go wrong with their fried stuffs from the fried area in front; nasik goreng or tomyam, kailan ikan masin and omelette. Naan & tandoori were awesome. They even have spaghetti, and other western dishes too. Even Chinese dishes like fried mantou, beef ginger kueteow are there as well. Service was superb and fast, mixture of people from different parts of the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered pickup using grab and notification show that order is ready to collect, upon reaching at the restaurant, the staff told me the food is sold out, so i went there to collect "wind" and the restaurant did not even bother to cancel my order...TERRIBLE!!!most epic is grab did not refund my order!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually not even deserve a star. I have a lot of experiences with this restaurant, but let me just give 1 example. I came in the morning to buy food for breakfast. I ordered roti bakar and teh ais and wait for a long time for my food. While waiting, I was only scroll my phone. After almost 1 hour waiting just for roti bakar and teh ais, i decided to go to the cashier and asked 'where is my roti bakar and teh ais?'. He answer me like this 'saya sudah panggil roti bakar! roti bakar! tapi takde jawab, saya tinggal saja la..saya nampak u tengok phone saja?'. okay so now that is how your service? calling the name of the ordered food and if no one answer thats it? and since when, customer cant using their phone in restaurant? or is it only at your place?
Conclusion is, to the owner/boss of bismi bistro, please teach your worker how to serve customer. Please improve your service, your place is not school, dont do calling the ordered food and expect customer to raise hand and say 'its mine'. if u dont know how to run the service properly, just stop the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service from them. I ordered rice,mutton and veg from them via grabfood. They provided me with five to six full bone mutton pieces. No meat at all.I am not exaggarating. There was literally no meat at all ,just bones Wasted my money and ruined my lunch. No star at all for them
