★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST HAIR SALOON I EVER BEEN TO. UNPROFESSIONAL AND HOPELESS HAIRSTYLISTS THAT JUST WANTS TO SELL HAIR PRODUCT WHILE HAVING ZERO SKILLS IN CUTTING HAIR. IF YOU DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY WILL TREAT U LIKE A BEGGAR HANDLING CUSTOMERS ROUGHLY. SUCH DISRESPECT TO CUSTOMER. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

Asked for hair wash and cut, instead, the shampoo lady(one without the specs and short hair, quite elderly looking) wanted to do scalp treatment and i just didnt want to waste time and extra cost since its premium price even for a non professional. She waited for her boss to go out, then she started to handle my hair roughly by pulling and squeezing hard and instead of massage, bruising my shoulders and head, (DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON PEOPLE). I gave her chance and asked her nicely to stop, instead, she continues without thinking of her customers pain. Then during washing, she made sure to be extra careless by splashing the water all over my face, mask, ears and eyes. She is just showing her anger for me not wanting the treatment which she DID NOT EVEN PROMOTE PROPERLY. Do you think people will say yes just because you ask? Come one with that look on your face, customer also get annoyed when the first thing you can say when u greet a customer is to say their scalp condition is bad and need treatment when they asked for wash and cut. Then she pushed me up from the chair without even wiping the hair and ears. Then when i saw my wet hair there were so many strands falling off, she even chided, ' so much hair fall' just as a PUNISHMENT to me for just politely saying no to her offer. She deliberately damaged a customers hair by pulling roughly just because customer did not buy her 'pathetic' scalp treatment which i repeat again, was not promoted in the first place. Then she didnt dry my hair and asked her colleague to do the rest, which of course made the whole experience worst as the hair dresser (student) and INDONESIAN.. RM 85 was the total cost and with that amount i can actually buy a months worth of treatment and shampoo and do at home.. not even 1 star you deserve! Shampoo lady, I hope your boss fires you and this will ruin your career in hairdressing!
