★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too dirty some of the tenants throwing garbage from higher floor so it was advice to rent on higher floor.
Security too tight you cannot bring relatives inside even though you ask to register in lobby and left the passport to them. Worst than villa emas,elite heights and putra. In other beautiful condo u can bring relatives as long as you register.in bj its different. Not recommended to rent here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice condo@aparment for foreigner workers. Higher demand by them to staying here becoz beside of BJ mall n shops serounding for them. Easy excess to those using public transports. Heaven to them. Lucky for those hv unit at here.. easy to let go rental out. Strategic location.
