★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant experience. Ordered their signature dish - tomyum beehoon.
The noodle is very mushy as it’s over cooked, with pathetic amount. I don’t feel full after my meal.
Good thing is soup is flavourful.
As they rate this as their signature dish, I feel very disappointed after trying this out. Consider expensive for the amount given (RM15)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is ok. I order salt fish fried rice. It very salty. But the most interesting is the robot serve our meal. Since it not many service crew, I suggest to have a ring bell so customer no need to find the service crew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is very tasteless, the service was not good. I order BBQ chicken Wings but the chicken wasn't fresh at all . It's like you're giving me old chicken. Tom yam fried rice was tasteless and we order tomyam soup waited for 1 hour, the food hasn't arrived. And the charges for the food is expensive and it doesn't worth it at all. Paying RM74+ for a food it's not worth it at Black Canyon. I don't know what happened to Black Canyon recipes the service tax and charges doesn't worth it at all. Don't order chicken Wings it's really really not fresh at all.?I wanted to eat fish and chip they give fork and spoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Want amazing tomyam? Just run to any Black Canyon!! Loveeee the food, never a bad experience at any branches. It was my first time trying its choclate shake and it was wonderful. Id also recommend you to try their water chestnuts. Yummy yummy ??❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find that coffee here tasted much nicer than other Black Canyon branches in Malaysia. The Black Canyon Iced Coffee here in fact tasted quite similar to BC in Bangkok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only dine in here because my son excited to see the robot in action. In term of food here a bit so-so more to bad actually. I think the thai people will shake their head or kill the owner if they taste the food here.
Bee Hoon Tom Yam was served barely warm and the bee hoon overly cook and stick to each like bee hoon ball plus taste and texture very awkward.
Btw great service by their staff and love it the robot waiter.
