Ordering is simple: Order your drinks or crushed ice from the front entrance, if you want to dine-in, you can enter and locate a place to sit, else wait for your order at the front.
Glad that Alma has a Blackball eatery.
[Update]
Went back again with my family, as the kids does enjoy the desert. The place is now deco with CNY theme; with many red lanterns to bring festive mood while you eat.
The waiting time is at the long side, as there are now more customers knowing the place.
Will come again to try other flavors.
