★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was the only customer there, nobody was busy with anything. Seats were empty, workers were free. I make an order, K3 Hot Soya w/ purple Tangyuan with additional redbean, to take away.
I went home with a bowl of Hot Soya, red bean and tapioca pearls and NO TANGYUAN...

How can?
Look at all the table, not cleared after eating.
So messy.
They not even bothered if u walk away.
Very displeasing when u see customer take off their shoes and stretch their full leg to another side of the chair..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible! My family have been regulars in their outlet in uptown for years.. pendemic stopped us from going so we stopped for a couple of years.
Visiting this outlet in Atria is absolutely disappointing from order taken by a ‘blonde’ cashier who rolled her eyes when i handed her a 50 bill because i didnt have any small notes… she seem more concern with playing with her hair tie than taking my order… what came seem to be swimming in a bowl, soggy black ball, overly sour concoction.. basically prepared by someone who takes no pride nor care.. plates and cups scattered everywhere on tables without being cleaned etc… what i ordered and what came looks nothing alike.. i ordered A7.. to the management, does this look like A7 to you? horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a fan of Soya Ice by BlackBall. This is the 3rd outlet I've visited in 2 months.
1st.. this outlet was not crowded. 2 ladies (staff) were having their meal. Didn't welcome us. Just ignored us. When we arrived, I noticed 2 tables weren't cleaned even though the customers have left. In fact, after almost an hour, it was still not removed or cleaned the table.
2nd.. we ordered quite a number of desserts and drinks. Staff didn't inform that the different types of Tang Yuan wasn't available. Gave me 3 pieces of the same type.
3rd.. The Soya Ice Dessert, wasn't as tasty and good as the other 2 outlets.
4th.. This outlet is located inside Atria Shopping Mall but their address provided didn't inform the actual location. Is located on Ground Floor, just 1 floor above Village Grocer.. Good to probably just update the address.
5th.. They do not accept credit cards.. Only e-wallet..
6th.. Service wise is slow. The staff prepared another customer order even though I put in the order 1st.
Overall, I'm disappointed with this outlet. There are actually plenty of Dessert Shops around Damansara Jaya. So.. Will have to venture those shops instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering your prices aren’t cheap I have no choice but to give my full honest opinion.
The consistency of the black sesame soup is absolutely horrible. This dessert is supposed to be thick and rich but yours does not have that. Your black sesame soup was extremely watery. It’s literally like drinking a bowl of sesame flavoured water. Please make sure your staff gets the ratio of ingredients correct. This dish is already considered a very simple one.
