β β β β β Teribble and lousy service, nearly wait more than half and hour for my drink, sumore those people who Q after me, pickup the drink early than me. Seem like the staff forget my order when me waiting there so long. No more this shop for the future.

Had the Australian Chocolate & I'm loving the rich chocolate taste filling up in my mouth!
Overall friendly staff, great beverage & fast service.

β β β β β This is my second time try on this beverage. I would said first and second try make me impression. First try on salted melaka sugar, this drink amazing. I love it alot. Try ice signature nana today visit, I wanna why "nana" , oops is because mix by sugar melaka with banana. Special mixture. The shop very small, not bad but still need to improve of tidy. Overall the drink was great.

β β β β β If I can give no star I would! Placed the order at 11.34am for 2 cups of coffee and only received them at 12.50pm.
This is quite ridiculous!
Used to order from this ZUS outlet, and they tend to delay orders, but still within acceptable time frame. But not this time! It was the longest wait Iβve ever experienced with this outlet. The reason given was that the weather was bad, but itβs not even raining in the area when I placed the order and throughout the entire waiting period. Think twice before you place your order.

β β β β β Seatings are not available. I thought I could take a short break after the event in the event hall, but found out the seatings have been closed. Queue was very long and have to wait long time, only 6 chairs are provided outside the store. Very tired while waiting.
But okay the baristas are still friendly.

β β β β β Came here for the Buy1Free1 Promo ?. ZUS has cheaper Frappe here compared to Starbucks but hey they still taste amazing, if not better. Iβm going back to my hometown in the near time and I canβt miss out on this frappe. I hope more outlets will be opened soon in the Northern states as well.

β β β β β Very friendly and sporting staff. Their signature coffee is a die-hard for their fans. Order in advance so that you get a lesser waiting time. Packaging is clean, careful and considerate of customers who might be taking them on motorbikes to avoid spilling.
