โ โ โ โ โ My 28-day stay at Room 202, Bliss Confinement Centre in September was indeed a very enjoyable and memorable one. I was well taken care of during my stay there. I dreaded the day when I had to leave Bliss at the end of my confinement period. I even contemplated to extend my stay there!
I never regretted my decision of selecting Bliss over the other confinement centres. In fact, I signed up on the same day where I visited the centre for the first time - when I was 5 months pregnant. I was impressed by how well run Bliss is.
I highly recommend them for the following reasons:
1) The staff genuinely care about the mummies and their babies.
2) In-house TCM @ Madam Lim and Grade A Chinese herbs. Madam Lim would visit all the mummies to check their pulses and to make sure that they were doing OK physically. She would then ask the chef to prepare the herbal soup that is customised based on the mummy's condition. Mummies DO NOT drink the same herbal soup at Bliss.
3) Yummy confinement food that tasted as good as they look. We were served 5 meals a day with unlimited red dates water. My favourites were ginger chicken wine and vinegar pork trotter.
4) 24-hour High-res CCTV monitoring (with night vision) of the nursery. Whenever I leave my baby in the nursery so I could get some rest, I would look at the real-time CCTV video (with zoom in/out functions) on my handphone to see how my baby was doing. There were several times where I saw the nurses/nannies on CCTV talking and playing with my baby while they were feeding him. :)
5) Traditional massage by Jane. My package comes with 1 free massage. I took the 10-day massage package (with bertungku, bertangas and penutup pantang) immediately after the first session. My body felt lighter and I could sleep better after each massage session.
6) Free daily laundry service and uniforms for mummies and their babies. Bliss also provides unlimited Huggies diapers for my baby. I only had to bring disposable panties and going out clothes.
The only con that i can think of is the room. It is quite basic and not as big as those at other confinement centres. It is, however, very clean, cozy and comfortable and has everything I need.
Kudos to Bliss Confinement Centre and THANK YOU for taking good care of me and Baby Zach. I wish you all the best!

โ โ โ โ โ worst confinement center experience. The service is so unprofessional and what they have committed they can't deliver. The founder lied about the package that was signed up earlier. The nurse are all young non full time nurse. Don't believe when they say they have in house lactation specialist or professional nurse. They don't have such service. They don't know how to handle babies. The only thing good about this place is the chef and the TCM. That's why I gave them the 1 star. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, GO ELSEWHERE.

โ โ โ โ โ Most unpleasant experience, we went there to visit a friend, there was nobody to open or greet us at the door. It took a visitor to open the door for us.
Finally an old lady appeared and told us we cannot place our shoes inside. I told her that there's no place outside to put our shoes and I pointed to the shoes cabinet inside and after that she relented and ask us in a unwilling manner to put our shoes inside.
As only two visitors are allowed I refrained from going up and thereafter the old lady approached me and started spraying the sanitizer all over me, I have already informed her that prior to her meeting us I have used the sanitizer on my hands.
She didn't want to listen and sprayed the sanitizer all over me.
As I was in the lounge waiting for my wife and sister in law while the lounge is comforting but the place is like a fish market with the laughter and noises coming so loud from the adjacent cafeteria.
I would conclude that the old lady is very unfriendly and unwelcoming.
Maybe the way we dress so simply that makes this lady to be class conscious.
While still waiting I saw two female visitors came in and the same old lady took out the house sandals for them to wear.
My question is why treat us differently is it because my wife wear shorts and don't look rich???

โ โ โ โ โ Consider new confinement center at Puchong for a year old. However everything were great. From the room service, 5 meals a day, friendly Nurses who help to take care baby day and night time. Traditional Chinese Medicine for my wife and even the bird nest, I did try for a few bits too :)
Also nurse will teach you for how to baht the baby and some common knowledge for newbie parents. Yoga & Urut session for my wife. Yes confinement center cost a bit more but sure worth it for their full package and give your partner to rest well after baby delivery.
Appreciate and recommended. :)

โ โ โ โ โ My first life-time confinement experience was great and wonderful with Bliss Confinement Centre. Both baby and I was staying comfort throughout the period. Food were extremely ranged as 5 star ranking, the TCM was an amazing woman and all the workers were pretty nice and friendly. Kudos to Bliss ?

โ โ โ โ โ I am writing this review on my last night of stay at the Bliss Confinement and Retreat Centre. In fact I have extended my stay for 2 more days as I like this place so much. I delivered a pair of twin babies at the end of April.
This centre has a few plus points as outlined here:
Nursery: The nurses here are friendly and well trained. More importantly, they are good with babies! I can rest well during my confinement period, as the reliable nurses are just one phone call away whenever I need them (to bring my babies from nursery over to my room and vice versa). They let me breastfeed my babies whenever I can, and teach me useful tips and techniques for breastfeeding, without pressurizing me. And even better, high definition CCTV are installed at multiple angles in the nursery and you can check them in real-time, to give you a peace of mind.
Food: This is what I look forward the most, 5 times a day! They serve breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner and supper, with good varieties and choices. The food never disappoints me. I wonโt be surprised if the chefs were working at some high scale Chinese restaurant before. All the food is delivered to my room. The hot dishes are kept warm by small candles beneath the porcelain bowls. They also provide unlimited hot red date tea, kept warm in a thermos.
House keeping and laundry service: Every morning, the cleaners will help us to clean the room, and at around 11am, they will prepare hot herbal water for me to shower. They also take care of mommyโs and babiesโ laundry on a daily basis.
Managers/Front desk/TCM: All the managers are friendly and helpful. They are extremely accommodative with my requests. Mdm Lim (the TCM lady) and Mr Kelvin (the founder) are very helpful too!
In short, I recommend this confinement centre highly.
