★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been feeling well as of late. By the grace of my company, I was offered a chance to attend The Golden Space's online wellness programme called Self-Care Sunday. The live streaming via zoom truly taught me the importance of eating well so I could balance my hormones, reconnecting with my feminine energy and so much more invaluable knowledge. I'd definitely recommend The Golden Space to anyone who needs to take a break and simply focus on her own well-being for a moment.

One month in and I already feel more calm, peace and grounded to my inner world. Definitely a recommendation to people around me that wants to start working in their inner work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have attended the Ancestral Lineage Healing Journey which was conducted by Beatrice Lee. I have discovered quite a few similar patterns that runs in the family generation after generation. It was a good one to know, accept and understand what runs in our family so that I have peace within myself. Those who are looking to find out more about your lineage, I truly recommend this.

Writing down things that bring me joy made me appreciate them even more than I used to. The meditation component helped me destress and relax my entire body! Overall, It was an amazing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently partook in Ms Susee’s self empowerment session. She is amazing at guiding meditation and inspiring with her discussions. She takes the time to get to know each and every person and really listens to what everyone has to say. The session itself teaches gratitude and seeking happiness in the small things, it was such a pleasure taking part and you will definitely feel better after each session!!
