β β β β β The ambience is cozy, service was great. I got few compliments from my colleagues and friends after the hair cut. The price could be better, more competitive, but i am happy with the results as the stylist really take the time and effort in styling your hair. Itβs worth it. Will come again to try hair treatment package, hoping itβs worth it too.

β β β β β Zeno (director) is awesome - he was very attentive and patient in explaining all my queries during consultation. I got my hair dyed, and the finish was brilliant. He is easy to chat with and has a very humble attitude combined with great customer service. The salon itself has a relaxing ambience with nice natural sunlight filtering through, mellow music in the background and a predominantly wooden interior. They also serve water. I would definitely return - thank you Zeno!

β β β β β I've bought an online voucher for hair color service back in March. Service provided was great, hairdresser Rachel and Grace were friendly and attentive towards my needs. They've provided professional feedback and guidance for my hair care routine. Hair color turned out very nice to even out my skin tone.

β β β β β poor service from a staff. very rude and cant justify the temparature of the hair dryer until have to inform continuously if hot. never explain proper pricing as well. just a little trim (not exceeding 1cm) chargeable at rm70.

β β β β β I went to color and rebonding my hair. First medicine applied took them 2 hr. No one tell me how long . I just sit like dumb.
After 6hr! I got home my scalp when itchy, irritate and swell.
My face, forehead, and my ears all went to the clinic the doc said i got allergy reaction.
I asked Win what was the product used on my hair. He said mild chemical organic. But when i asked whats the content no replied given. I wash my hair right away next day. Pain! Cant sleep! The color was left on my hair way too long then it should be.

β β β β β We made an appointment via Instagram and on that day we were instantly served. The stylist that did my hair was kind. It was my first time going to a saloon to dye my hair. I did my hair color but the color wasn't that obvious. While dyeing, my ears started to itch but I quickly told the lady and she wiped off the dye from my ears.
