★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abysmal, horrible, simply awful place. I have rarely come across such a horrible experience. Unfriendly staff who were quick to push treatments as soon as I sat down when I was very clear I just wanted to wash. Did not tell me any price of the “offered” products upfront. I had to reject them so many times which made the experience awful. They were quick to insult your hair so as to promote their products and treatment services. Unprofessional and simply shocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time here, i called at 2pm and get an appointment at 4pm. Went in and was greeted friendly and wait have a wait in my seat for 5 minutes because im a little bit early ?. The hairstylist were skillful. After my haircut i get a comfortable hair wash. ????. Overall is good but a lilbit pricey than average, might be due to the location inside a mall.
Male hair cut + hair wash with a better shampoo option rm7x comparable to the usual saloon i go was abt 5x to 6x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't going to write a review for my experience which took place two weeks ago but I have tried to get in touch via email to raise a complaint but have not received a response.
I was here to only have a haircut initially but after speaking to one of the hairdressers, I have agreed to have my hair bleached and coloured. They also sold me to have their scalp treatment. Before the bleach and colour, I asked about the prices twice but was told that it was difficult to be given a definite amount until it was done. On top of that, the whole experience felt very rushed with two people pulling my hair from side to side. Honestly thought I was about to lose a bunch of my hair. The roots of my hair weren't bleached as I was told "we don't bleach the roots" so now the bleached and unbleached areas are very distinguishable, whereby its now approximately 1 inch from my scalp. The colour was not what I asked for and when I expressed this, the response was "don't worry it will fade". And the haircut also took 10 minutes.
At the end of my experience, I was smacked with a RM1059 payment. Do not recommend and will never ever return. Go elsewhere and get your money's worth. Thanks.

. Unfriendly staff were quickly to push treatments once we sat and not even tell us any price on the spot. The additional cost cannot also advice in 1 shot but keep asking to add in with one by one. Would appreciate to let us enjoy the great professional service/advice but not in criticism way at clients hair condition (especially young female stylist). Unprofessional and sympathy about their reaction. Please be aware when step in kindly clarify clearly all the charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got wash and blow today.The stylist was great give me exactly what I asked for, very nice and friendly and answered all my questions and gave me good hair care advice. Very fair pricing!You don't have to worry, just sit right there and let them settle your worries. Also, I'm new to the area and was really hoping to find a new place to come to for all my beauty needs and i definitely think I've found it! I will be back!The best salon i ever visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been waiting to try a new hair salon for a very long time and I finally tried out ASALOON gurney plaza recently. The best thing about the salon would be the experience and skill. Calven was the stylist to do my hair and he was really talented and great! He helped address all of my concerns and question.
1) Skillful.
2) Great consultation. My hair was super super frizzy and I did a touch up colouring and keratin treatment. It's look so smooth and shine. Absolutely Loved it!
3) Quite pricy but it's totally worth it!
Highly recommended hair salon in Penang.
