You can walk in any time for a quiet moment to touch base with yourself. On Sundays there are activities for the local communities. Find out what you can do to help. Watch out for special announcements for dhamma talks by Bhantes (dhamma teachers), visiting monks and specially organized courses for children and parents, as well as meditation retreats.
