★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This afternoon 12pm 05/01/2017, I have my lunch at The Mines, Seri Kembangan. I parked my car behind the trucker. The guard was standing beside my car and he didnt stop me from parking my car over there. After that, I just walked off and suddenly a BMW white car (without plate number) honed me and scolding me with FOUL LANGUAGE. He said why I parked my car there! He is an indian guy and wearing BMW blue and white colour uniform. This kind of attitude has fully influence me on the brand image and also the company reputation! Very disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BMW cars has allot of issues. My new 330e gives 1 issue after another every other month, with unlocking the fuel door, now driveterain error, and not sure what will be next. Plus the service level at ingress auto be it puchong or damansara is bad. The reason I choose BMW is for the quality of the product and service but I am not getting it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 5-year warranty means little. The authorised agents show little interest in making good faults. My 4-year old 7 series has accumulated a handful of faults that the agents are not quite interested in repairing. I went to one of the agents on appointment today and the rep wanted to retain the car for 3 days just to check leaked cooling tank; plus gps, sunshade and shock absorbers a total of 5 to 7 days needed just to check; no commitment how long repairs take. When I remarked it probably takes half a day to check and replace the cooling tank in any workshop, the rep nonchalantly replied that is because I am paying for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "MR Anis" from Ingress Auto Body & Paint kepong, went to fix my BMW 530E 2020 side skirt which They removed from my car on Monday 8.11.21 for painting & fixed on 10.11.21. When I found something Wrong on My item, he agreed to replace without question ask. He took full responsibility towards the things he handle. This kinda service & security is what we expecting. It's OK to pay more to get such security, totally satisfied. Recommended
