β β β β β Body in Common is one of my favourite spot after the MCO period in bangsar. The trainers were extremely warm and welcoming during the pilates session. Good environment and excellent quality. My first time experiencing the reformer equipment during the pilates session and always will look forward for all the sessions which I joined. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

β β β β β Been a member at Body In Common for over 2 months. Signed in for the unlimited classes. Absolutely loving every moment of it. The classes are very enjoyable and the trainers definitely know what they are doing. They are very friendly and you feel at home. And the best part is youβll be getting toned, stronger and on top of that, feeling good. ????

β β β β β Iβm a beginner in Pilates and wanted to try reformer since itβs been growing in popularity. Came across Body in Common while googling, the location was just nice so I signed up for their starter pack for four classes of reformer. It was really great. My first three classes was with Sok Ching, she is a very patient instructor and guides her class every step for the way.
Before committing to one studio, I decided to try out a different one with their reformer introductory class as well. While the studio was really chic and cool - Instagram-able, but I wouldnβt recommend it to anyone who is really fresh to reformer or even workout. Their style seems more suitable for people who has good basic of a workout routine. And the instructor doesnβt really care (for a lack of better description) if the students are doing it correctly.
Once there is a comparison, I really think Body in Common definitely is much friendlier and more cozy.
Their class is easy to follow but really give a good workout!

β β β β β Seen Natalie and did Physio treatment for stiffness & pain in my neck and shoulders.
I also joined her Reformer Principles class and am very happy with her teaching style, hands on adjustments and small class size (max of 8 people).
I've seen a number of different physiotherapists in KL and strongly recommend Natalie.

β β β β β Not your typical Pilates studio, very customer oriented and theyβre able to focus on your issue even though itβs a group class. Been trying their Pilates classes for 2 years and my lower back is getting better now!

β β β β β Iβve been seeing Natalie at Body in Common after I did an upper back injury at home. Itβs not a quick fix, but Iβve gotten back to a point where my upper back pain has gone away, by doing mat and Pilates exercises.
Back to snowboarding for me.

β β β β β Did my first physio release with their physio, Sok Ching. She did an amazing job with relieving my back and hamstring pains. Her βto do at homeβ exercises helped a lot to reduce the pain I get sometimes. Sheβs been really helpful to explain why I get the pain Iβm in. I do recommend seeing Sok Ching as sheβs very knowledgeable at what sheβs doing and you can trust her skills. Thank you Body in Common ?
