Especially Jia Xi and Juliana… In a span of two months Jia Xi has brought about a huge reduction in my pain levels improved mobility and with her efforts I have developed greater awareness of my body and the impact that various motions and stance have…. Her lively and caring attitude, sound knowledge, ability to identify the problem area and great rehab clubbed with Juliana’s superb dry needling has brought about these dramatic results… would definitely recommend precise rehab to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place for physiotherapy. My therapist Jia Xi was wonderful! I started physio for pain cause by a disc tear. Pain was at a high level and causing disruption to daily life. 10 sessions in and pain is barely noticeable, and extremely manageable. Her homework exercises are a lifesaver. Not to mention Jia Xi was able to notice, catch and fix other postural and behavioral mistakes that has led to much relief and comfort as well. Jia Xi is attentive, highly knowledgeable, personable and invested in her clients' well being. Would recommend her and Precise to anyone in a heartbeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My therapist, Ching Shan is very knowledgeable and she was able to identify the root cause of my shoulder injury. Thanks to multiple therapy sessions with her I can feel improvement on my shoulder.
Strongly recommended for people who is looking for recovery and rehab sessions.

He is also very knowledgeable and has helped explain my ACL and Meniscus tear in details. He has followed up with me frequently to check in on my progress while also encouraging me to believe I can go back to my usual lifestyle.

She helped me understand what was contributing to the pain and helped me with a recovery plan. At the end of my program, I'm more aware of engaging the right muscles during my workouts and staying pain free. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get my physio done. My experience was with a young lady called Jia Xi and she has been very welcoming and makes you feel like a patient than just a customer. Engaging and has a positive aura that is nice to have. Treatment has been effective as long as you follow the advice provided closely. Would recommend without any issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with Mark here at Precise Rehab. Even though I had received chiropractic/physio treatment elsewhere for my postural problems previously, I find that the explanation given by Mark is very thorough and informative.
I also like that he provided video recordings on the recommended exercises to improve my posture. The videos include things to be aware of, which muscles to engage etc, that is extremely helpful for when I do these exercises at home.
The environment at Precise Rehab is clean and comfortable. They did not push me to sign up for more sessions as well. Overall would recommend if you need treatment! :)
