Outside look a bit like temple, yes there’s a temple inside
Taste not bad, you also can try the fried chicken, rojak, and their bubur cacar

The assam laksa was above par... however, the rest of the items were pretty mediocre to me. The dry curry chicken noodles was above average, but it was only lukewarm when served.
Nothg special here other than the laksa. So if need that fix, can try here. Otherwise, can give it a miss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It may not be the best of Penang food around but it is decent enough to be authentic. The 'laksa' drink was quite original and refreshing. The tumeric rice or 'nasi kunyit' in local name is something you don't normally get even in Penang itself! Normally this is only cooked for prayer offering. So it is a pleasant surprise that it is being sold here. A comfort food for old time Penangnites that only get to eat on certain religious ceremony. You get the free flow of prawn paste for your Laksa topping too, not something commonly found in shop selling Penang laksa. In conclusion, this place is worth to visit if you wish to look for authentic Penang food.
