β β β β β awesome range of books and we love it because of the wide selection of books for children. Arts and Crafts to fun activity books that are great! Book Xcess is also connected to a cafe and JiuQiu bookstore that specializes on Chinese titles. Dont forget to grab coffee and a chocolate cake too.

β β β β β The place to look for affordable books. Don't expect the latest books release but some dated and useful ones at times. The place is quiet and smaller comparing to their first store in Amcorp Mall PJ. You can take your time to browse in the comfort of air conditioning of the mall.

β β β β β Since I've been living in KL, it's safe to say that at least 80% of the books I've hoarded in my shelf comes from this place. Centrally located but somewhat hidden in Bukit Bintang, this place is a sanctuary for book lovers. Not to mention BookXcess always keep their prices predictably low.

β β β β β Really nice environment for book shopping. Had seats where you can check out books before you buy them and the staff will open the plastic for you if you ask.
The environment reminded me of how Indigo used to be in Canada before they sold more than just books.

β β β β β They have less books now. No more posters for sale. More chairs to sit. Everythibg looks pared down. Hope they aren't closing down. I think the MCO must have affected them a bit. Current deal buy 6 get one free.
