★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with them. Starting deal attitude good, but after get your money attitude turn very bad. Felt like being cheated and not transparent to their client at all. If you want to do installation / repair then yes, they react very fast and when come to complaint / claim all the excuses they will give you.
Strongly not recommended, terrible after sales.
Workers lack experience and the foreman CALLED Hor, is rude and irresponsible. Do not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service quality!! Called many times to request for returning back item but more than 3 months haven’t send back. The charges extremely high and expensive in the market.
The worst, bad attitude, arrogant, no standard and lousy company & technician i have came across, act like gangster!! Just follow up with them to return the pump, what shocking me is he shouted loud at me with lots of dirty words!!! He even challenge me to report police!!! Yes don’t worry i will do so!! Really can’t believe this kind of company & technician still can exist in the market!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company is responsive even on Saturday. Appt set on Saturday AM & technician - Jason - came on time. He’s very experienced in handling & performed the jobs asked. The charge for services done is also very reasonable. Kudos to company especially Mr Jason. I’m very satisfied with the job done. Thank you very much.

I had called another local plumbing company who came and took pictures, but I never heard from them again. I assume they were not up to the task. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Hor and his team of tradesmen are very professional and competent. They solved my roof issue very promptly at a time where it was difficult to get hold of anyone. They are very efficient, keep to their promises on time (if they say they are coming at 10 they are there sharp 10). Very knowledgeable and wary of customers budget hence costing is also very reasonable. They follow up post repair to make sure everything is fine. I am extremely happy with this company and have passed their contact to all my neighbours. They will be my go to company for all plumbing works from now on.
