★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 几年前花了RM7千多块，他们帮我屋顶做防水。去年3月开始漏水，打电话过去要求他们过来检查，结果给我mco理由，一拖再拖。2个月钱mco解除了，但是他们公司应该是老板mco还没过完吧，完全没reply email没交代。漏水也能等mco? 和警察局申请信就能跨洲，骗谁呀？如果我是新顾客，我相信他们肯定马上就来。之前答应几年的warranty呢？这家公司没信用，不负责，没交代。千万不要选择他
 I spent more than RM7,000 a few years ago, they helped me waterproof the roof. The water started leaking in March last year. I called and asked them to come and check, but they gave me an mco reason, and it was delayed again and again. The money mco has been lifted for 2 months, but their company should be the boss of the company and the mco has not been completed, and there is no reply email and no explanation. Water leaks can also wait for mco? and the police station application letter to cross continents, who are you deceiving? If I were a new customer, I'm sure they would come right away. What about the warranty you promised a few years ago? This company has no credit, no responsibility, and no explanation. don't choose him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience with this company. Was told to have 6 years warranty after paying Rm 4100 for the roof restoration system in the year 2015. In 2020, there is leaking everytime after heavy rain. Called the company for the repair, during October 2020 and they came out with various excuses like not enough staff, outstation, busy or staff under quarantine. So I waited for 2 months calling the company every 2-3 days until they came and repair during december 2020.
However, the leaking problem from the same spot when it rains is not solved. So I called the company again and, it has been another 2 months . No one came to repair. The customer service experience was terrible. Kept saying boss not around and can't inform the boss. This is what a lame excuse with whatsapp or a simple phone you can just inform your boss. The staff was rude and came out with excuses, can't even handle the complaint case.
Bad experience. I will never introduce to the others who does not honour their warranty.
