★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. The girl in the cash call lydia cannot even assist. When we say something she keeps say ahhh ahhhh & she raises her voice rudely to talk like seriously where is your manners at. Please put the right person at the counter so that they know how to talk to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought watermelon lychee juice from this outlet. Have always been an avid Boost juice drinker. But what a disappointment to watch them making my drink without the sorbet and doesn't even taste as how it should taste like. I know I should've return and tell her but damnn gurl... I got a train to catch.
Service is slow. No coordination. Greeting is fine but no warmth which doesn't bother me much. But the pace and the taste of my drink doesn't reach to the standard of boost juice in general. Could've just buy it from the other juice bar if I wanted just watermelon and lychee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ long wait as always, there were only two workers during lunch time. management should be aware of this. staffs are very unfriendly, disorganized, pretty slow. but if your staffs have disabilities should be written at the counter so customers would understand the long wait.
