★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best plus size shop in Malaysia. Finally, i can buy the right plus size cloths. I visit a lot of fashion shop like uniqlo or padini also cannot find any good plus size. Highly recommend butikbos because butikbos is the plus size boss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clothing shop ever. They don’t let you try the clothes and expect us to carry our sample size with us while visiting their shop? How on earth am I to purchase without trying the clothes. I rather visit other outlets who follow strict SOP and have the courteous to try the clothes before buying it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt this place has a very good collection of clothes. But customer service is poor. I buy all my clothes from big and tall shops around the world and this place has a very poor customer service. One should share to customers what's new or you can try this collection. There was no initiative at all. Every time I liked a t-shirt had to ask for size it was same answer not available. Finally decided just to leave the place if that was their attitude. I had come with two of my cousins from UK and both said the customer service was very unimpressive.
