★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience doing my open water here. The unlimited pool sessions at their centre opposite University Hosp were very helpful. Instructors felt safe and confidence inspiring.
Pui Yan did an excellent and seamless job arranging the Redang trip for my group including accommodation, airport transfers as well as speed boat and ferry transfers to Redang island.
At Redang island, dive masters AB and Sharon were excellent teachers. At no point did I feel rushed or unsafe. We were brought to a variety of stunning dive spots and experienced a variety of terrain, currents and depths; we did 8 dives over 3 days. A healthy dose of 'tough love' was also delivered by the instructors to drive home the seriousness and dangers of the sport.
I had a great time here and would highly recommend it. It is certainly not a 'diving license factory' that I heard some centres are infamous for.
Great retail store and gear servicing to spend your money at after you get hooked! Be warned!

Despite it being a small sell, they did their best to please a customer when other shops simply ignored me. I'll definitely be buying more stuff here.
