Okay. fast repair. price a bit expensive but well its premium product. Miza was polite and helpful, the other two guys was helpful too. The only thing to complain is that it would be better if the lady handling the payment could be a little more professional. she literally was hugging a pillow playing phone when i entered as if she is working from home, no greetings no communication no eye contact. at least a 'thank you' after the payment, but sadly no. hahaha. maybe when you have premium products, all these are no longer important.

Excellent customer service. Despite having bought my earbuds outside Malaysia, there were no qualms or questions regarding the issue I faced and I was immediately given a replacement (within warranty) in 5 mins.

The only happy point is that the repair response was quick. The customer service quality, technician explanation and solution provided dont deserve any praise. My bose speaker couldn't charge, I brought it in and the solution was to give me a different power adapter 3 days later, but it is non-3pin. So Bose expects me to pay 100RM for the "fix" and get my own power plug adapter, before it can actually be used in Malaysia to charge the speaker (still to be checked personally). Honestly Bose for such a good brand, your service is a terrible representation of quality. I asked for the manager's contact email and the administrator showes me the generic customer service address to complain to. Safe to say this experience has tarnished the impression I have of Bose Malaysia.

Excellent service in out in less than 5 mins. That’s the standard of Malaysian service should be. Sound sport ear phones faulty less than a year after purchased . Changed on the spot with proof of purchase. Thank you.
