β β β β β The phone number always lead me to recorded instruction. Seems like they don't have live agent in cases. I want to ask how to terminate but there has no option in phone number. And cannot find my business in the business list for termination.

β β β β β Lobby is huge but not being fully utilized, whereby business registration counters located at level 14 which is space limited because it's being transforming to online stations. Great customer services.

Get a form to fill at counter 16. Finish fill the form then get a ticket queue number at same counter 16.
Pay the yearly fee and get receipt and the document printout.

β β β β β visitor without appointment is allowed, but need to que up almost 1 hour..counter open 8.15AM..for renewal enterprise just go to the machine at lobby, no need to que..compound issue at level 18

β β β β β Service needs major improvement. Problems need to be communicated through emails which is supposingly take 3-5 days to be replied but it will never be replied. Call center normal answer ' we cant help you because we are only the call center'. Be prepared to go back and forth to resolve simple issues.

β β β β β Kalau ada negative star lama dah saya bagi... worst service EVER!!! operator didn't inform us that the staff wfh. They just connect to officer thus we wait like an hour. Then got scold cuz keep calling them. Must be laaaa because your side didn't do work properly! The officer said that SSM DIDN'T HAVE ANY REGULATION. JUST FOLLOW BASED ON OFFICER REVIEW. How can they work like this. THREE OFFICER SAID TO ME LIKE THIS: BERGANTUNG KEPADA PEGAWAI. Like howww??? It likes NO PROPER CONDUCTS THERE HUH?

β β β β β Clean and comfortable office. Take note of the working hours - Friday Rest hour at 11.15am-2.45pm. Do not waste your time here. Quick service but the wait is long till everyone back from rest.

β β β β β 14sep2020: went to renew biz, there's a kiosk on ground flr right beside the Autopay Parking Machine at parking lift.
Don't have to go inside building if u just wanna renew, use that kiosk. insert your IC, scan yr thumb, then select renewal from 1-5yrs.
Business renewal info
Personal Name = RM30.00 per year
Trade Name = RM60.00 per year
Branch(s) = RM5.00 per year for each branch
Business information = RM10.00
the kiosks only accept payment with Debit/Credit card.
after payment, machine will print out receipt and your new form (+rm10 for printing fee)
if you are in doubt, ask the very helpful n friendly security guard.
if you want to make yr life easier, you can even have your thumbprint registered for doing transactions online in the future. to register yr thumbprint, go inside building to enquire, only took 5mins to get it all done.
