★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample parking. Nice environment. Come early to avoid crowd. Hagao/prawn dumpling was average. Siumai was ok. Truly enjoy the deep fried dimsum, especially if just fresh from kitchen. $$.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residents of Botani Garden & its vicinity have the opportunity to savour authentic dim sum breakfast at this Botani Dim Sum Restaurant, 翠林苑点心. The variety of dim sum served will not disappoint those who turn up. Ask for the siu loong pau, siu mai, har gau & lo mai kai. Remember to eat them with chilli sauce, sweet sauce & pickled ginger. There is a big change from the previous management in terms of food quality and service. You won't get a better dim sum restaurant in this outskirt of Ipoh city. Note: this restaurant is just next to De Park View Hotel.

Custard bun tasted terrible, too sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had lunch there on 18/1.. A long time later my son realised he lost his wallet (ic/licence/credit cards/cash etc). Reported to police station and hoping to at least get his I/C back. Two days later the police rang!! Most grateful to Lim Kok Hui n staff of this shop!! Wallet was returned with EVERTHING in tact!! People like u n your staff makes this world a better place to live. Thank you so very much??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall is just ok. The prawn dumpling (har gao) and the steamed noodle roll ( chee cheong fun) has the taste of artificial flavouring and meat enhancer. The place is cooling and parking is ample.
