1st time here. Must upgrade the facility. Too many people during departure/arrival time..but very small place. Lack of basic facility such as public sitting area

We should comment about the cruise centre, not the cruise fleet. This building is poorly maintained, looks very run down, and has a lot of vacant retail lots. The design, toilet condition, plaster ceiling, fixtures all are old fashioned and wearing off. Too secluded from commercial development. Think of harbour front cruise centre Singapore for comparison.

Very Kind and Beautiful People, amazing breeze and view from the Bridge connecting Cruise and Cruise centre.

They are one of those most hospitable immigration officers you could ever meet. Had the experience of not having to bring your passport, nor having it stamped when you enter a foreign country as a foreigner. I wish they could provide more than just a Cruise Terminal, shopping mall of Malaysian taste seemed to be a great idea. There is a free Wi-Fi area in the terminal building. There is one ATM and a small retailer. The rest of the space is filled with people who are trying to sell you their souvenir and a very small museum.

We stopped here for a while on our cruise trip last october. It has the best wifi coverage , even inside the cruise. And there are so many shops inside the cruise centre which sold local goods from clothes, snacks, accessories and many more. And taxi stand are available with taxi ready here to take you to the city centre.

As a young person, cruises are boring. When my cruise ship finally arrived at the cruise centre I was massively disappointed as the centre had no entertainment, and the free wifi was incredibly slow. The centre is also far away from the city centre, and taking a taxi there costs a few hundred ringgit. The building is slightly run down, but still clean enough to not be immediately repulsed. The air conditioning is quite weak.

This is the ferry terminal building. This is where you go to board the cruise ships. Ample car park but the landscaping plants are over grown and not being looked after. There is parking for tour buses just in front of the terminal building entrance but cars and taxis are not permitted to drop passengers at the front entrance. If it is raining or is hot, you are affected by the weather. Upkeep of the building is very poor. It is obvious that you are supposed to enjoy yourself on the cruise ships, but to bear with the poor conditions of the terminal building. Prices of items for sale in the sundry shops are relatively very very much higher compared to what would be paid for in KL. Taxi prices are exorbitant and about twice higher compared to paying for a taxi going from KL to the KLIA airport.
