★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for seafarers. nice eatery outside it ..within the port boundaries..option to go for duty free shipping available..sim cards are cheaper outside..and can b bought at that eatery/restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provided by RTG, their internal trucks will be priority, it may take hour for outsider to complete job. Some of their yard lack of RTG to loading or unloading container, it may also take time to complete job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has three awesome canteens inside the port itself where you could get local food(hygienic enough mind you) and packaged goods at reasonable prices. Also has a duty free shop as well where you could buy various goods again. There's a small souvenir shop which sells SIM cards and recharges at reasonable prices which serves a great purpose for seafarers looking for an opportunity to get in touch with loved ones at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a container port, it may be fine. As a cruise ship terminal serving Kuala Lumpur, it leaves a lot to be desired due mostly to the long slog to and from Kuala Lumpur.
