Employees are very very rude..especially Indonesian women workers who take care of the counter..ckp is angry2 .work results x satisfactory..fotostat book is slanted2, byk kwsn is black, when asked ckp is normal..binding black tape is slanted & untidy. Not worth your penny going there ..
