Was looking for Frixon pen, and he pointed me to the Pilot pen section. I couldn't spot the Frixon model immediately as there were so many other models on each shelves, so I asked again. He responded by asking me "Do you even know what the pen looks like?". I said YES. Then when he pointed them at the back row (not so easily visible to the unfamiliar), I said I didn't see it when I looked. He said " You should have looked harder". I didn't appreciate his tone so I asked if he was angry at me. To which he responded "If you had looked, you would have found it".
What a way to treat a customer and I was the only one there at the time.
