β β β β β Worst clinic. Never pick up the call. The results of pcr is positive but the clinic updates to mysejahtera negative and date of confirmation also wrong. No star should be given!

β β β β β Pls avoid going for swab at this place. I rather pay a little bit more thn to endure scolding from a rude chinese uncle mending the queue. Even government PCR swab test is much better thn here. The crowd is horrible. The uncle shouted & screamed and asked the public to queue under the rain instead of at the walk way which were covered just because the queue when passed other shop. Has some courtesy , although i am not old enough to be given VIP treatment but no one wants to be treated like a prisoner nor students standing under the rain. Avoid this place even its cheaper than other place but this is the most horrible swab test place!

β β β β β Excellent service by the team when I was there to do my RT-PCR test.
Initially my voucher could not be detected as it was purchased in KLIA, however I was unable to use it on the appointment day as I was unable to find the BP outlet there and was directed to take the government PCR test instead. The team at BP Cheras was very patient and helped me to solve this issue and spoke to me very gently and professionally. Cannot commend them enough. Good job ?

β β β β β BP Healthcare SOP is NOT TO ANSWER any phone calls.
That's right. They NEVER answer phone calls no matter what time you call but they do ask you "Did you make any appointment" when you walk in!!!
Was there and true enough the phone will keep ringing and yet no one bother to answer.
Staff turn around is very high. Possible of management issue.

β β β β β Update: Second visit on Feb 2022. It's packed full of people from opening till closing so be prepared. Staff there are extra fast and helpful but cut off time is 4pm so do arrive there before 4pm.
Welp. Just went there this morning before 8am and my experience have been great. Short queue, prepaid online so registration is super fast.
The Chinese uncle was helpful and friendly too, but I did see him talking and smoking with another staff outside when there's no other people around, so there's that.
There's a signboard saying no using phone at the queuing line so I think uncle was just doing his job according to other reviews. Maybe come early before it's crowded, weather is hot and uncle is grumpy?

β β β β β Made an appointment via whatsapp and the reply is quite rude like some market vegetable seller asking if other appointment time is fine.
Fast forward to the appointment date they set at 7:40am, the reception thankfully is friendly enough but the station delayed 10 mins to officially take in any patients for examination. Not a great start since I have work at 9am.
Couldnβt do xray as their machine has broken down. Asked me to go to another branch, and another nightmare begins.
Edit: came again to get the report. As bad as BP Medan Tuanku. They just arrived at 8am despite opening at 7:30am. Rather make me wait for her to serve me than send me away then turn on lights and aircond.

β β β β β Don't even care to come here , eventhough it is a convenient location. Go somewhere else with more efficiency, better services and professionalism to get your medical check up. Came with an appointment, waited 2 hours, last item told me no nurse to perform Resting ECG. Tell me to come back other time or be in the waiting list again. You don't even deserve 1 star, BP Healthcare Cheras
