โ โ โ โ โ The doctor was so rough and seemed keen to get it over and done with, as soon as he can. He didn't even give the numbing cream 2-seconds to kick-in before he started scrapping! RM480 for a 7-min procedure (You must PREPAY in full). When we asked the doctor to please have a quick look at the eye after the procedure, the nurse said, there was no need, without enquiring what our concern was. When we insisted, the doctor was totally disinterested and just asked the nurse to clear the blood residue from the eye. Will we be back? Absolutely NOT based on our personal experience. Fingers crossed, yours might be different.

โ โ โ โ โ When the moment this specialist know has insurance cover, the bills are double. The Dr just want to get the thing done in fast but no care showing to patient, rude and talking 'funny joke' in a sarcastic way. Definitely not recommend to visit.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Wong is very kind and very knowledgeable in his field. He explained well on the type of test conducted and the purpose of it. I would definately recommend for his service to my fellow friends. Pricing wise is reasonable. I am glad to meet him as my ophthalmologist.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Wong is friendly and professional! He explained the cause of chalazion and the removal procedure to us patiently although he has a lot of clients were queueing. During the operation, he will talk to you and distract yr attention not to focus on yr eyes.
Overall, great experience and reasonable price! I would definitely recommend this specialist to those who has eyes disease.

โ โ โ โ โ Not recommended. Bad attitude and and bad temper doctor. When patient want to ask questions, he showed a impatient face and reluctant to answer as if we are wasting his time. He refused to explain, just ask us to pay money and do surgery will do, no need to know the reason. less than 10 minutes consultation cost RM2XX, expensive and worth with the services and attitude.

โ โ โ โ โ Doctor is impatient and doesnt answer questions asked by patient and gave off the feeling of trying not to let patient escape especially with insurance. Told us dont need to think any more, you got guarantee letter why need to think bout risk and stuff
