★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regarding covid swab testing, don't come here if you can avoid it. Queue 20 pax at 7.15am,and growing..Stupid place only opens at 8am on weekends, but on Doctor2u website it says open 7am. Come here and waste time until they open. Blessing in disguise as queue really started building. Eventually queue reached back street lol
Go to any smaller clinic or whatever and pay a bit more if you need to for the convenience. Many victims of pre-purchasing online now forced to do here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never picked up their phone and I have been calling everyday since last week to get an appointment for first dose vaccination.
And today I went there around 11 am and they said I can’t get vaccinated today l, I have to come back next week, because they do it only once a week.
I asked the chinese lady at registration if we need to call to book an appointment why are they not picking up? She said it’s because they’re busy. What kind of excuse is that?
Are we all expected to just drive there to make an appointment only to come back next week? Aren’t you supposed to accept people who choose to be vaccinated and do it as quickly as possible?
Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a Sunday morning at around 10AM. Only one lady was doing both registration and swabs. Obviously took a while and I don't blame her, I blame management for the lack of manpower. Anyway PCR costs RM 240. Got my result at around 11 PM via WhatsApp.

Terribly understaffed (not staffs’ fault).
Such a big health centre with minimum staffing. Multiple tests are done by 1 individual. Weak system, customers just waited without clues. The person in charge for thread-mill test was on maternity leave, and that’s the one and only person they have on that position. Big sigh.
The phone is constantly ringing without anyone picking up.
C'mon, they spent so much finding badminton stars as ambassadors but cant spend for few more staffs? Please go elsewhere for your health check

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse place for swab test. Register taking long time with long queue. Every week i coming here still the same. They only have 2 station for sampling but running only 1. Please find another place for swab test. Not recomended here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service... Some of d staff r blur... A lot of sitting at counter but test done to pt by 1 staffs from A to Z coz delaying d process.. plz improve ur service or close d BP lab if u can't manage... Don't waste our time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No systematic! Weak arrangement and poor support! Medical check up Head2Toe from 9.00am til 2.00pm unable to Complete! BP Management, if your manpower unable to do such much of appointments, then dont call customer to make appointments! Or set the timing for every customer! We fasting more than 12 hours for the medical checkup and this should be able to be done within 1 hour and why need take more than 5 hours and cant even completed? Check up fees per pax rm1600 and i pay for 4 pac rm6400 to get such services and arrangements! Damn regrets!
