★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the staff should sanitise their hands before taking patient’s phone and IC card for registration purpose. The staff who executing swab test is okay but the glove accidentally touched my lips. I don’t want get covid through swab test lol.

This laboratory provides a wide range of diagnostic procedures.
PCR and Antigen Covid-19 tests are available on the spot too.
The laboratory is operational 7 days a week including Sundays and public holidays.
Staff members are helpful and professional.
Results are available within reasonable time.
Charges are reasonable. Discounts may be offered to senior citizens too.
Cash, e-wallet and credit cards are accepted here.
There are ample of parking spaces available. During peak hours, getting a parking lot may require some patiences.
Handicapped patrons can patronize this laboratory easily.

2. I don't understand what is the purpose of online booking when you book it but then on arrival to BP lab, you still have to wait hours to queue up as those who didn't book and just walk in. ??
Just ... Urgh.
