โ โ โ โ โ A plebotomist shd enhance her customer service skill. Be more patience and friendly when attending customers. Heavy and rough tone made people feeling bad mood and like to piss off.

โ โ โ โ โ I did fasting and went there on 7:35am but door closed.
Call no pick up.
The notice board shows operation hours is from 730am.
After I back home and call,they only let me know that they were there and used to be open the door on 745am.
Please change the board otherwise make troublesomes.

โ โ โ โ โ I come for pcr test yesterday 17/2/2022. Booking by my company. Suddenly asked for voucher but i already told them company booking thru BookDoc. Supposedly they got the booking and already print everything. Secondly, the person that in charge to do pcr thru nasal and mouth. Very rough and didnโt explain or tell us is it nose or mouth first.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst private Healthcare ever experienced! RM 80 just for ART/RTK Test! Nobody will explain to you how to pay and how and where to wait. The worst part is they took my IC and went for so call register while the person who took it "disappear" for at least 15min. So I kind of really lost as in what I should do that moment. If not because of "official covid19 lab", I wouldn't step in this place anymore!!!!
