Came this morning, for my packages with my partner, it does takes awhile to do all the test, but, eventually we both managed to settle everything about 3.30pm. One of the staff named (Farid), was very helpful to me and to my partners, all information that I ask, he reply those in a manner. Thumbs Up!! Will definitely recommend to others.

This place doesn't even deserve a single star. It's the worst place to do health screening or any blood test. I called to make prior appointment but the PIC told me to just walk-in. On the day I walk-in, they told me I need to make appointment to do ultrasound scan as part of my health screening package and visit the center again next week. The following week I came to do my ultrasound scan with appointment made, they took 40 minutes to locate my file (just a file with my personal info) and then proceed to do the scan. Then they tell me that my blood test result is not ready yet and ask me to return to the center again once it is ready. I waited 4 weeks, and my blood test results are still NOT OUT!!!! I texted, emailed, called, and after several attempts including a threat to report them for scam that I then receive partial of my report. I am still chasing for the remaining of my report. It is extremely frustrating for a test that other centers can complete within a day!!

Called up before going for a chest X-ray. Was told to just walk in and no need referral letter from GP. Went on a weekday, off peak hr to avoid crowd. Went up to 1st flr to register, they send me downstairs to X-ray dept to register, said can just do it there and get X-ray straight away. Went down to G floor, staff at counter tells me to register at 1st floor. Then tells me cannot get X-ray without a referral letter. Seriously, just for a simple registration, the staff can't even get their communications right. Luckily there was not queue, or else I'll be climbing up & down the stairs and waiting, just to get registered. Since I was the only one there, waited 20min+ to take X-ray, then waited 35mins for results, but the wait for doctor's consultation after took a while. Total time in & out for a simple chest X-ray was almost 2hrs. I can't imagine how long it would take if it was a busy day. Giving 2 stars b'cos the consultation doctor was friendly, helpful and detailed.

Update: Cik Nora from BP Healthcare contacted me to apologise and assisted me to get a doctor's consultation via phone and arrange for me to complete my medical check up. I went on to get my ultrasound and Hepatitis jab. Appreciate the prompt action to rectify the situation. Good job ? ******** Used to be a regular BP Healthcare customer. This would probably be my last visit. It took forever to get a Cust Service officer to return my call. Once i purchased my Health Screening voucher and book my slot for my health screening appointment, I was told I had to wait as they go based on first come first served basis. So what's the point of making a booking? There were 8 ppl ahead of me and they only had 2 ppl in the counter to register ppl for the screening. I have waited for more than an hour and I had been fasting for more than 16 hours. And all the reception had to reply when i enquired was 'This is our standard operating procedure'. Conclusion: Dissappointing! Don't advertise for business if you dont have the necessary resources to cope with the demand. The longer we wait, the higher our risk of exposure to Covid19.

My experience of BP Sepcialist Center in Taman Megah was a pleasant experience. Staff and doctor are gentle and friendly. I was there for a vaccination at level two. Facilities are clean and orderly. In fact I was impressed by nurse Ida who was very patient attending to some aunties and uncles. The uncle was very long winded and keep asking the same questions and many other leading questions. Nurse Ida pleasantly answer all their question and assured them their concerns. My vaccination process was done very quickly and without the long administrative process of some more established hospitals. The whole process feels quick and efficient.

If this PCR test is not near our house in PJ, we wouldnt wanna come here as my elderly father can't stand or walk too far. The very kind malay nurse offered my dad a seat, but when the chinese male nurse took over, his arrogant attitude just hard to deal with. No compassion, ignored my brother, it was just 3 of us! He poked our nostril so strong I almost tear up! If he hates his job just quit! Im sure plenty of people would line up for his job!!!! And registration for pcr test waited so damn long, it's not free you know! If you can, go to other places

Worst place to get your PCR test!! Despite already register and paid via online system which should shorten the process is totally irrelevant because the entire registration process at the clinic takes almost an hour. The person in charge of performing the PCR swab just sits there and wait for each registration to complete. The process is extremely inefficient with the bottleneck at the registration. Unlike other branches such as KL branch, with the QR code provided during online booking, the registration and PCR test on site was performed with completion under 5minutes. My second visit here. The young chap who registered me (after the first step to get a number) probably has to undergo some sort of customer service training or not be placed in a customer facing role. He was rude and seemed like he hated his job. I waited an hour to get a simple medical examination done. Luckily there was a nice lady who noticed I was waiting, and helped to check on the status and update me. But why is there such a long wait when I was the only patient in the waiting area? And this was in the middle of a weekday, not even peak hours. When the checks started, they all went well and were fast. The service from the staff who did the checks were good, they were all courteous and professional.
