โ โ โ โ โ Very inconvenient parking and times, operating time too short, lunch time too long, for a office man like me is hard.
Very basic body check, not worth it. Not consider is body check, just blood test that's it. If u look for proper body check, don't try this.

โ โ โ โ โ This employees at this place is irresponsible as the result showed tumour marker higher than the range, no one bothered to call and alerted.
Just send email of the result and went quite. This is not responsible way of doing business for such high price. Have some sense of responsibility as it saves lives at early stage.

โ โ โ โ โ Poor SOP as the place is tiny and the entrance notification states only 5 customers allowed per time. They allowed 8 customers and 4 staff to be crowded in the tiny shop with poor ventilation. Staff are also very impatient with customers. Not helpful when explaining the packages, only pushing the sales of the most expensive packages and making customers feel there's no choice. I've been there many times during the past few years so I know the range of prices and their sales tactics. The one star rating is because of the convenience of a toilet in-house for urine collection. Or else zero stars!

โ โ โ โ โ On the one hand, I'm grateful that I have a Pathlab near to me with plenty of parkings available in the morning. On the other hand, this is not the best Pathlab that there can be. Yet for them to close down would bring inconvenience to me. So I am writing here to uplift the rating a little.
Small and narrow space allows only 5 customers inside. That means you might have to wait outside. Two washrooms, one squatting and one sitting. They are not the cleanest or best washrooms around, but it is good enough for us to take our urine sample. Cleaner came in after customers and was sweeping the area around customers. Not the best experience as well. Nevertheless, blood sample taken with minimal pain and left in 15 minutes!

โ โ โ โ โ Made appointment and came earlier. Saw a long queue. Only 5 people allowed in at a time. At appointment time, the staff opened the door. I mentioned my appointment time but was kept outside well past the 10 minute slot. Do not come if you're on a tight schedule. They don't respect the online appointment schedule.

Path lab can reduce the charges because of modern technics and equipments.
The reporting is timely. There is a need for such services. The public should start detecting early to stay healthy and pathlab owes this to the people to make it affordable.

โ โ โ โ โ Hi, I would like to express my disappointment about the booking for blood test at your lab.
My friend and I showed up on our time for our appointment at Pathlab in Damansara Utama. However, your branch is severely understaffed. We were not allowed in because of the "max 5 people rule". We were fine with that rule.
There were 2 people who were waiting outside with us, and they admitted that they were late for their own appointment.
Your staff were so busy that they did not answer the door, until finally when some people left, they opened the door and let in the other 2 first.
We did not expect to jump queue, but it was still very disappointing that we were on time for our appointment, yet we were made to wait.
In fact, the staff did not take down our names. We were left to stand outside in the hot sun with no place to sit, and no indication as to how long we had to wait. In the end we just left.
What is the point of making appointments if they are going to be completely disregarded anyway?
We do not blame your staff because they are obviously doing the best they could in the circumstances based on their own knowledge, and were obviously very busy, but your company needs to provide proper training for your staff on how to handle customers. We did not know what was going on. Because we had nowhere to sit and it was a very hot day and we were already tired from fasting more than 12 hours, we decided to just leave and go for lunch.
This experience has made us very unwilling to come back or go to another branch, because we do not know if we have to go through this again.
