β β β β β Well, I'll just go ahead with my honest opinion.. the food has been going onto a downward slump even pre-covid, however the pandemic didn't really make things better suited for BR MAJU.. the food here took an even more harsher hit. It's a shame because I genuinely enjoyed their banana leaf meals, dosa, roti & etc.. basically everything which you would expect from an authentic South Indian restaurant. However! Just a few days back I've been made aware of their reclaimed position as one of the best ? South Indian cuisine pioneers in KK, and yeah I finally had the chance to try out their Mutton Biryani amongst other dishes.. I can't help to feel this satisfied and overjoyed with their rejuvenation! It's just like the old days! I hope BR MAJU will keep this streak going ? the food here genuinely reminds me of the good times I've spent with my mates.

β β β β β We had thosai in the evening. Thosai and the dishes looked very unappetizing. No chutney for my thosai which was very disappointing.

β β β β β Best Banana Leave serving... I like the standard dishes, gravy and curry taste just nice... The kurma lamb is very tasty, then curry mutton also delicious. Fried chicken so so only, not very tempting fried chicken and fried fish. Like it with air conditioner dining in the hot weather ... Must try the briyani rice too

β β β β β Staying within a 10 minutes drive, we generally have our lunch at BR Maju, I won't say regularly, but every now and then. Almost the same spread of Indian food as in other Indian restaurants, certain days you get beriyani rice, otherwise, you can opt for their cooked and displayed on the shelf dishes. Honestly said, you get a decent meal here.
