β β β β β This is my first time went there and it will be the last time for me.
I stood in front of the oden counter, and there were 3 workers (2girls with 1 wearing spectacle and 1 boy with spec too) over the left side, they saw me stood there and continued to chitchat and played their phone.
Until i asked the other girl who was busying serving the customer, then they were seemed like unwilling to serve me.
I bought the food here, and then also the service attitude.
Overall, the service was totally bad for those 3 workers.

Very bad experience with this store. Two times we are been there by 8pm. The store guy refuse my wife to buy one bread.
I wish this can be improved, since we already at your door step. Bad Fong Sui. Sure your store sure cannot last. For two times yours business go to Maple Leaf.
Today onwards we won't be here anymore.

I placed an order through the helpful staff of this outlet three days before my mom's birthday and arranged for it to be delivered via foodpanda. The cake was freshly baked, and the service by the staff of this outlet exceeded my expectations. Very happy for the quality of the cake and the service!

β β β β β Bad experience ever! Ordered delivery via foodpanda application, items selected and order proceeded needed up order cancelled last minutes TWICE! The second ones just 10mins before the delivery. Tried to call the shop via handphone and general line no one seems to picking up. What a bad customer service!. If your shop is not able to fullfill the order, please cancel off the option in your foodpanda services. Itβs very Irresponsible to accept the order & cancel the very last minutes!
