β β β β β The staffs aren't adhering to SOP - not taking customers' temperature or asking them to fill in any details; two young women stood at the counter with one in particular (there's one that's skinny and another with an average body; here I'm referring to the latter) with lousy service attitude - showing poor mannerism at least.

β β β β β I bought Osaka cakes from Raja Uda branch 2 months ago and found out that the cream was sour. So, i made a trip to the shop for the exchange. I bought 2 boxes of Osaka cake again today and guess what? The cream was frozen and the whole cake was dry up!!! I just wonder how the bakery maintain their quality. As for other branches eg Taman Chai Ling and Icon City, the cakes are fresh.

β β β β β Breads and buns are varied in sizes and types while the price is very reasonable. Members get real good deals daily and on 5th of each month(30%) also, not forgetting for birthdays too. The cakes and puddings are delicious as well.
