★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite good..good service...love this game.I went to Indiana Jones.My friends and I loved it because served by a friendly woman called Nana..and also another man....they helped us through the whole game and let us complete it fast...she skip the last part for us and we won..but it was actually fun

We got stuck at one point so we called for help. No help came. Whaaat? So we continued anyway. We eventually called for help again later.
A staff member turned up after some time (remember you're literally being timed here so we know exactly how long). He couldn't solve the riddle EITHER. Good job, man. Went outside and came back in twice. When we suggested asking his manager, his response was, "The manager is confirm 100 percent not in." He eventually gave us the number outright without explanation then actually ran out yelling, "OK. It's done! Not my problem, Bro!" We had to get another staff member to explain the confounding puzzle to us after we had finished.
Completed the thing in 30 minutes WITH all the stupid delays. We asked about the Top Solver scoreboard since we were so inexplicably fast. They ignored us. Yoooooooo. What kind of establishment are you running here?
Absolutely abysmal service. 1/10. The only thing I would do here again is shake my head.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Online price is misleading. I booked online for a public holiday date one day before and the price is shown clearly in the email I received. However, when I got to the counter for payment, the cashier asked me to pay the public holiday rate which is higher. This is irresponsible.
2. The game itself is quite interesting and challenging. I may consider going back again, but the incident above left a bad impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable prices and entertaining with lots of themes to choose from but the atmosphere wasn't great. There were a lot of people working but it seemed like they didn't cared much.
The theme we did was Alien and the props were nice but comparatively to other escape rooms I've done, the team didn't put much effort to build a storyline for the themes.
We were put in her room and our guide explained to us (almost gave us the solution) to our first puzzle then showed us where the next puzzle was and what to do with it and then explained where the exit to the next room was which really dismystified the whole experience.
All that without much of an explanation as to what we trying to accomplish besides escaping the room.
Most escape games have a back story that puts you in the universe of the game you're about to play but none was given here.
Finally when we escaped the room we discovered that we had lost but they had let us play without stopping us or letting us know that we could continue.
Overall mediocre experience. Will not go back again
